ACTIVE BIRTH COUPLES WORKSHOP - SEPTEMBER

A workshop for mum and her birth partner to help you prepare for your upcoming birth as a team. Covering topics including pain relief, birthing environments, interventions, your rights choices and how to advocate for yourself, breathing techniques and massage tips for labour, this 3.5 hour workshop will leave you feeling relaxed, confident and prepared, together. This workshop will take place on Sunday 13th September, 10am-1.30pm. A Whatsapp group will be set up in the week before the workshop with all of the joining information you will need.
