I'm Laura, mum to two boys and owner of Happy Bump & Baby, based in Rhuddlan, Denbighshire, in north Wales. Through 10 years of teaching, and my own experiences of early motherhood, I know how important education, support and community are to the wellbeing of a new mother, and the impact that has on their baby. That's why I offer classes and workshops from pregnancy through to preschool that offer evidence-based information, non-judgmental support and that all important village of other mums who just get it. ​​

Birthing classes and workshops
Weekly mums-only birthing classes and workshops for mum and birth partner, to help you feel prepared and empowered about your upcoming birth.
Postnatal and baby classes
Yoga, massage and wellbeing classes from around 6 weeks postnatal up to 16 months. Baby-led and mother-centred.
Workshops
Evidence-based, non-judgemental workshops to give you a little bit of extra support for some of early parenting's trickier subjects.
This is my second time around of attending Laura's Tinies and Wrigglers sessions and I cannot recommend them enough! Laura goes above and beyond to make mummies and babies wonderfully relaxed and welcome. My little boy and girl have both enjoyed the variety of sessions. It's a great mix of everything you wish from a baby class with a lovely teacher, an intimate group of mummies and babies. Loved it every time!
