NURTURING THE MOTHER - SUMMER SOLSTICE

An evening to honour your light, reconnect with joy, and celebrate how far you’ve come. As we reach the height of the year and the longest day, the Summer Solstice invites us to pause, take stock, and honour all that is blooming - around us and within us. Join me for a deeply nourishing evening of rest, reflection, and radiant self-care, designed just for you - wherever you are in your motherhood journey. We’ll begin with a heart-opening cacao ceremony, creating space to breathe and come home to yourself. A guided meditation will gently lead you into your own light - celebrating your growth, your strength, and the joy that is yours to receive. We’ll close with a deeply restorative sound bath, allowing everything to settle and soften as the sun begins its slow descent. This is your time. A moment to honour your own radiant becoming.
