Beginning with a heart-opening cacao ceremony, sip rich, velvety cacao and enjoy a sacred moment to pause, breathe, and invite warmth and self-love into your heart. A guided motherhood meditation will take you on a journey inward where you can release, reflect, and find clarity amidst the beautiful chaos of motherhood. Finally let yourself be enveloped in the vibrations of a deeply restorative sound bath, and surrender to a state of pure relaxation. This is your time. A moment of stillness, reflection and renewal.
