As the earth bursts into bloom and the days grow long, this deeply nourishing evening invites you to pause, soften, and return to yourself—because you matter too. We will begin with a heart-opening cacao ceremony, honouring the Beltane season of growth, abundance, and creative life force. Sip rich, velvety cacao in a beautiful space as you connect with your inner spring—what is ready to grow and blossom within you? A guided motherhood meditation will take you inward to tend your “inner garden,” releasing what no longer serves and gently planting the seeds of joy, self-worth, and new beginnings. Finally, be immersed in the healing vibrations of a restorative sound bath, allowing your body and soul to integrate, restore, and receive. This is your time. A moment of renewal, celebration, and creative awakening. Because you are worthy of the same love and care you so freely give. Thursday 1st May 7-8.30pm.
