JANUARY MUM & BABY SOUND BATH

Spend special time with your baby singing songs and going on a gentle baby yoga journey, bringing moments of joy, movement, and closeness between you and your little one. Then settle down together for a guided meditation and a relaxing and soothing sound bath. Connect with your baby as you blossom into your new chapter together.
