A weekly antenatal class for just for pregnant mums to help you enjoy pregnancy, stay mobile, learn about your changing body and baby, and prepare for a confident birth. Taking an active birthing approach, classes draw on elements of pregnancy yoga, hypnobirthing and antenatal education to create one very powerful combination. Ease pregnancy ailments, adapt to your changing body, prepare for birth, and inform your own individual choices. Suitable from 14 weeks pregnant right up to birth. Monday evenings 6.45-8.15pm. This term is a 5 week term. Term dates: 14th October 21st October 4th November 11th November 18th November A Whatsapp group will be set up in the week before the first class with all of the joining information you will need.
