ACTIVE BIRTH COUPLES WORKSHOP

A workshop for mum and her birth partner to help you prepare for your upcoming birth as a team. Covering topics including pain relief, birthing environments, interventions, your rights choices and how to advocate for yourself, breathing techniques and massage tips for labour, this 4 hour workshop will leave you feeling relaxed, confident and prepared, together. This 4 hour workshop will take place on Saturday 17th January, 1-5pm. A Whatsapp group will be set up in the week before the workshop with all of the joining information you will need.
